You must agree to and abide by these terms to join and remain a member of
GreenWiz.com. GreenWiz understands our customers' concerns regarding the
privacy of the information they share with us. We hold our customers, and the
information they share with us, in the highest regard. Maintaining your
privacy is critical to us. We will not sell, share, or rent your information
to others in any ways different from those disclosed in this statement. We collect information as you enter it. Our goal is to
give you the highest level of service possible. As a paid member, you are
purchasing access to the GreenWiz tools and services provided, and when
referring new members, you are selling that access to these tools and
services. During the signup process, you are prompted to supply us
with your contact information. This information must be provided in order to
complete your signup and contact you regarding your membership. The transfer of this information is secure and cannot be received or read by others. By using the GreenWiz site and all contained herein, the
member agrees to: 1. NEVER to use SPAM to promote this opportunity.(see
Refund policy below) 2. You agree to receive occasional emails from GreenWiz
regarding special announcements, member updates & promotions. 3. You will not hold GreenWiz accountable for any loss of service due to circumstances out of our control. 4. You agree to the GreenWiz Refund policy (see below). Green Wiz Agrees to: 1. Not to share your information with anyone. To keep it secure at all times. 2. To maintain the website, matrix and member’s area to the best of their abilty. 3. To
pay any commissions owed in a timely manner. GreenWiz Refund/Removal Policy: Greenwiz will refund in full any fees paid within the first 5 days after upgrading to a paid member. There will be no refunds after this period. If the member removes themselves or is removed with just cause, the balance of any fees paid will be forfeited. Please remember if you remove yourself you will lose all
commissions. It is the member’s
responsibility to cancel any subscription arrangements you have made in

GreenWiz ZERO-TOLERANCE Spam Policy
Green Wiz does not tolerate SPAM. We are serious. Members may not promote GreenWiz or any of its’ program
components, the Green Wiz name, logo, or copyrighted material, except in the
format provided and/or approved on a case-by-case basis. Members may not "SPAM" or send unsolicited email
advertising the web site including, but not limited to, the GreenWiz site and
the member's personalized site. Members may not "SPAM" or send unsolicited email
or communications to advertise the GreenWiz program or any component thereof,
including mass postings to Usenet Newsgroups, chat rooms, forums, instant
messengers, MIRC, fax or voice blasts, or any other on-line communication
system. If you are reported to us or our server company as a
spammer, you will lose all access to the GreenWiz site, and it's components,
immediately and without notice, losing your account, commissions and you will
be banned from ever joining in the future. The responsible party who uses any GreenWiz resource, web
site, or personal URL for spamming, will be liable for any expenses incurred
by GreenWiz to reverse any actions taken by our server company or any other
services as a result of their spamming. Members may not use the GreenWiz Downline Mailer to
contact their downline on any business other than GreenWiz business. Sending
ads for other programs is SPAM! NO Exceptions, this will be classified as
SPAM, and cause for immediate removal. By joining the GreenWiz site and using our program, you
agree to adhere to our NO SPAM policy. COMPLAINTS: If you have received an unsolicited email or
